Would a celeb ever fall in love with a non celeb? Would they see a girl they were attracted to in a pub or party and so on, and ask her out, or would they simply ingnore her as she is not a celeb?

Depends on the celebrity I mean George Clooney is always going out with just normal girls. I tihk some celebrities just go out with other celebrities because they understand the long hours and the pressure etc.

Everyone hates on female celebs like Paris Hilton, Britney, or Miley because they had sex and everyone calls them sluts…

But then a male celeb does the same thing and has sex with multiple women, or even beat up their girlfriends, and they arnt criticized at all.

It just seems to be a huge double standard. If it is so wrong and sinful for a female celebrity to have sex….isnt it also wrong for a male celebrity to have sex?

Society promotes this double standard all over the place, not just with celebrities.

If a guy has sex with 5 women in one night, he tells his guy friends and they all high five and think it’s awesome.
If a woman has sex with 5 guys in one night, society will consider her a whore and lots of other derogatory names.

Believe it or not, it is other women that promote this double standard far more than men.

I am a painter, and I just recently put together enough work (I think) for a possible gallery show. How do I go about approaching galleries in order to show my work? Are there places that specialize in new or unknown artists?

Get a book called Artist’s and graphic designers market they have listings of galleries all around the world that accept new artists. Every gallery has a specific way of applying if you approch them the wrong way they might refuse you without looking at your work and that would be a waste of time. I would get the book they explain everything or go on the galleries web sites and find their way of submitting art work. But they don’t always give you that information or if they are accepting new work and what kind of artist work. One big no no is to go and approch the gallery without researching it first, if your work would fit in with the reat of the collection if they even sell your tipe of work, just go in there look around and see if you like it and if it is your ball of wax. and then get them your info through mail or whatever they want.one more thing it is a long process to be accepted .

I am going to a hockey game soon and I want to make a sign/yell some funny stuff at the refs. Stuff like:
Bend over and use your good eye!
Get off your knees you’re blowing the game!
Return your shirt to Footlocker!

Anything funny/rude is greatly appreciated.

My mother has about 5 to 6 packets of photographs that have been water damaged and they are sticking together. Is there any way to repair them?

I know this sounds odd but try submerging them in water. When they were developed the last step was to wash them in water ( of course this is assuming that these aren’t digital pictures or Polaroids ). The water should loosen the images from each other.
I have also read that freezing works but I haven’t tried that method.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew about a PHP Photo Gallery that has a purchase and download feature. I am interested in taking pictures of wildlife and nature and I wanted for people to be able to visit my photo gallery and purchase my high resolution photos. I have photos on my laptop but have lost my digital camera which had a memory card, hence i used to print at digital photo booth. How do i go about getting these photos onto memory card again. My laptop doesnt have a memory card slot. I dont want to buy a printer either, simply want to get them back onto a memory card to take to photo booth.

For less than $10, you can buy a USB 2.0 card reader or a USB flash memory card. You can use the flash memory to transfer your image files to the lab (the most practical since you can put just the image files you want on it)

Why aren’t the images of stars in color (blue or orange)? Is it because of the telescope? Or are most telescopes unable to show color images?

Stars can be quite colorful when viewed through an amateur scope. Colorful double stars (e.g. Albireo) show up with beautiful colors in an 11 inch aperture Schmidt Cassegrain. Your eyes would see similar colors if they were 11 inches in diameter. These same stars are seen as only white when viewed with the naked eye (normal sized naked eye) or through a scope with much smaller aperture. The more photons you collect, the more your eyes can see colors. ADDED: Some red giant stars, like Antares , are clearly orange in color even with the naked eye.

In the same sense, nebulae and galaxies can only be seen as gray light patches in an 11 inch, but may reveal traces of color in a 24 or 40 inch scope. Distant objects generally require photographic exposure times in order to collect enough photons to show the brilliant shades that you see in the advertisements and magazines – these can be deceiving.
