Fever Ray ‘Keep The Streets Empty For Me’

Posted by admin on December 26th, 2009 and filed under images | 25 Comments »

The video for Fever Ray’s ‘Keep The Streets Empty For Me’, taken from the album Fever Ray, is directed by Jens Klevje and Fabian Svensson, a dynamic director duo in the field of artistic moving image. They are based in south of Sweden were they running the visual bureau Conjunction.se.

Fever Ray and the song Keep the Streets Empty struck us immediately with its fateful sound and images of abandoned suburbia begun to grow in front of our eyes. We wanted to continue the journey that started in the former videos and our ambition was to catch the feeling in a very direct and true way and create a video where dream and reality intertwine.

How do I do this Jessica Alba ponytail?

Posted by admin on December 24th, 2009 and filed under jessica alba pictures | 3 Comments »

How would I achieve this look. (ie. teasing? making it sleek and smooth? Hiding fly-aways?)
http://images.askmen.com/galleries/actress/jessica-alba/pictures/jessica-alba-picture-6.jpg
I know it seems pretty simple at first glance. But how would I do it? (considering I have long bangs)
Thanks!
You can answer my question about her makeup at this link: http://ca.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20081223161742AAkWQBJ
Thanks!

Get some hairspray, a comb, and some serum or styling creme. Tease your hair at the crown in the middle layer, then put hair spray on each section you tease and tease again. Then take the first layer of your hair and cover the part you teased. Secure with with a bobbie pin if it wont stay. Apply styling creme or a tiny drop of serum on top of your bump you created for no fly-aways. Apply serum or creme through the rest of your hair. No too much! Then use a brush to brush it into a mid-high ponytail. Then lightly spray all over to finish the look with hold/shine! Hope this helped. GL!

Have there ever been any incidents when the paparazzi caused a celeb to act out emotionally?

Posted by admin on December 24th, 2009 and filed under celeb | 4 Comments »

I’m looking for an incedent when the paparazzi maybe said something so mean to a celeb that day broke out emotionally (not physically by attacking them)?

There has been an incident where the paparazzi harrassed a celebrity so much that she died in a tragic car accident, along with everyone else in the car.

And the most popular is probably Brittany Spears and her baldness.

Why exactly are celebs treated better in criminal cases?

Posted by admin on December 24th, 2009 and filed under celebs | 4 Comments »

We’ve seen it all before. A celebrity gets caught breaking the law, and he/she gets probation. Joe the Plumber (remember him?) does the same exact crime, and gets jail time.

What is the psychology behind celebs getting special treatment?

Homecakes, this is a question you can learn by the history of fines and lawsuits. The more trouble a person is, the less time they get in jail. The reason being, is that these trouble makers get fined $100s, $1000s, to millions for the right to causing havoc on the planet. The same goes to celebrities, except they have cash on hand and friends to bail them out. There’s a price to be bad, and as long as you pay for it, the government will give you all the room you need to make it miserable for the rest of us.
That’s why instead of hearing, "We put this bastard away to live with his own kind!" You hear, "He was let out today as soon as he paid the $100.000 bail."
If you can pay for it, you can attack it, break it, murder it, rape it, beat it, and terrorize it for the rest of it’s life.

Has anyone ever exhibited in a Public Gallery? What is a brief description of your artistic practice? ?

Posted by admin on December 24th, 2009 and filed under gallery | 1 Comment »

I visited a public gallery and asked them how I could apply for exhibition. They handed me a sheet of paper stating what I need. One of the things included a brief description of your artistic practice. What exactly is that? Is it writing in the perspective of first person or second person? What kind of things would you mention in it?

What are some funny school experiences that you had?

What are some funny school experiences that you had? It could be something funny that you did in class, something funny that someone else did in class to annoy a teacher, etc. I am just wondering what funny experiences that you had.

Thank you.

I should write a book on them. The strip tease I did a pep rally sticks out.

Is there software that can convert photographs to cartoons or caricatures?

Posted by admin on December 24th, 2009 and filed under photographs | 3 Comments »

My daughter wants to create cartoon-like images from photographs. Then she wants to create stop-action animated films.
We already have good stop-action animation software, but she wants to convert the photographs to cartoon-like images before animating them.
Anyone know of reasonably priced software that can do this?

Well, a good software is the GIMP … it’s free, and comparable to photoshop. Just Google "The GIMP" & download.

When I click on a jpeg in a email to view in Windows Photo Gallery it opens behind existing window?

Posted by admin on December 24th, 2009 and filed under photo gallery | 1 Comment »

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium, amd when I try to view a photo from an email in Windows Photo Gallery, the Photo Gallery opens a new window behind the email window causing me to minimise it to see the photo. When I first got my laptop it wasn’t like this, can I change settings somehow to correct this condition?

No you can’t but surely it isn’t that big of a problem?
