There used to be this cool feature that let you see all your gallery’s stats, like most viewed or favorited artwork. I can’t seem to find the option though, any help?

► click on your profile tab
► right underneath the tab there should be the information concerning how long you have been a member of DA
► to the right of that is the info about how many deviations, comments, and page-views that you have
► hover the mouse over this until you see the word "statistics" then click on it
► this will drop down a little info tab about your general stats and such
► then to view more detailed statistics click "more stats"

The gallery would be for all the guests to upload their photos so that the bride and groom (and all of us too) can get a complete set at high resolution of everyone’s photos. I have no cord for this camera, i usually pull photos by taking out the memory card and putting that into my computer. There are a few photos saved in the camera memory (i took them without the memory card), how can i get these onto my computer?

put your card in the camera
go in review mode
press menu
look for the word copy or transfer
then go from there

I’ve always wondered what celebrities do before a premiere beauty wise.
Like, do they get their eyebrows waxed the day of? You hardly ever see a celeb out at a salon. Do they get their legs waxed the day of? What about their hair and makeup?
I don’t know- I’ve just always wondered.

This is just a guess but I think they get treatments like waxing and facials at least a few days before the event in case there is irritation. Also I think the makeup artists will first test out looks a week or so before and they will come over to their house or hotel a few hours before and do the makeup. Also I think the spray tans are put on a couple days before. Then the stylist usually comes over and helps them get dresses and make any last minute alternations.

There were only 850 copies ever made.
They are all personally signed by the artist and worth quite a bit.
How do i sell this? I’d like to sell it to a museum or gallery.

You can talk to the manager of the particular museum or the person in charge of the museum.
You must be particular about the price of the magnificent piece of art otherwise it may give you a big blow if you sell it at too low cost.

I mean you know how in comedy movies, the are funny sounds to make the movie look and sound funny? How do they get em and how can i get some too? Hollywood movies and everything?

its a profession called folley or folly (idk exactly how its spelled). Theyre pros who know the right kind of sound effects and what objects or materials to use for something happening. its pretty interesting actually. you should look it up.

Do they use spray tans. Some celebrities are really against cancer so they don’t go tanning in a tanning bed. How do they look so tan sometimes?

most of them get spray or airbrush tans. Some of them use sunless tanning lotions. Just cause you go to a tanning bed doesn’t mean your going to get cancer. Don’t let yourself burn, whether your tanning indoors or out in the sun.

I am trying to think of some images that imply or indicate abuse that I can incorporate into a concept I am doing. I have several ideas myself of what to use, but I would really like other people’s ideas too please.

– bruises , sores , burns
– whip lash marks, cuts & open wounds
– scars , scabs
– tears in eyes , wide fearful eyes , wide vacant eyes (submission)
– fettering wounds
– unhealthy & unhygienic living conditions of a newborn baby
– discrimination & prejudice – racism, homosexuality, gender-bias
– instruments/tools of torture
– drug abuse ?
– police throwing tear gas & lathi-charging peaceful demonstrators – abuse/misuse of power.
– a little girl/boy hiding her/his whole body under the blankets, clutching the edge of the blanket/sheet with just large fearful eyes peering out in the semi-darkness.
– depict child labour
– pollution, etc. – abusing Mother Earth/Nature
– derelicts, homeless, refugees & their condition – a remark on society.
– pedophiles , stalkers , paparazzi
– Guantanamo Bay type of incidents

Some of the above are a bit abstract & tangential, yet indicate abuse of some kind.

I have some photos I need to get off one of my albums on Facebook. I’ve seen the option before to download my photos in high resolution but I can’t find it now. It shouldn’t be the photo size, and I just want to get them as big as the ones I uploaded. Can someone please tell me how?
