You can also delete the photos from your Mac or PC and re-import them from your iPhone. Deleting Photos Taken on Your iPhone Step 1 Remove any photos you've already imported to your Mac or PC. During the import process, iTunes asks if you want to delete the photos from your iPhone. This is a quick way to remove a group of photos from your iPhone. If you've already imported a large group of photos from your iPhone, delete them from your computer to see this option again. Deleting Photos Taken on Your iPhone

Step 1

If this is not happening click on "computer" in the windows menu. Does anything appear there that looks like your sandisk ? if so then just click on it. If this is not happening click on "computer" in the windows menu. Does anything appear there that looks like your sandisk ? if so then just click on it.
