In the video, the cop demonstrated the hand gesture he made to the driver and then demonstrates the hand gesture the driver made. It is very similar to his own hand gesture and matches the gesture the driver said he made, which was “what did I do”. He did not flip him off.
It was only in his report that the trooper claimed the Driver raised his middle finger. There were several lies in the Cops report including the big lie that the EMT choked him and thats why he had to choke the EMT

It was reported the female in the cops car was his wife based on she could not testify.
I have been wanting to know why picking up his wife was the only action he took at the “call” also. This should have been investigated as he did not note this in his report
If it was a stolen car call he should have found out what the car looked like and if anyone saw anything so he could help find it. Instead he only picked up his wife and did not help county out at all

@gvenema He was supposedly on the way to back other officers and decided to pull the ambulance when he saw he was not needed. So on to the interesting thing. Watch the video again and again and then watch closely at 1:30. Now keep in mind that nobody was in tha car when it went by the first time but was somebody there the second. WHO AND WHY DID SOMEONE GET IN THE CAR AT THE SCENE OF AN EMERGENCY CALL?????

@gvenema Watch the video again. The vehicle pulled over in front of the ambulance when it heard the siren thinking it was the ambulance. It was not broke down on the side. But here is something I am having a problem with. There was someone else they say was in the car with him. (A woman who cannot be forced to testify or make statements against him) I wonder who that might be. Now, there was nobody in the car when he went by the ambulance but was there when he stopped it. We don’t get to see the “gesture” the driver was accused of making, but I don’t see how he did anything wrong. Sure the cop has the right of way…. there was also a vehicle stalled on the side of the roadway, creating a hazard. As soon as he passed that vehicle, the ambulance driver pulled over for the trooper. What a dick.

Obstruction of emergency medical care is a SERIOUS criminal offence where I live, punishable by fines if not imprisonment. I would have that troopers badge melted into a lump of metal if he ever messed with me or obstructed patient care in MY jurisdiction. Oklahoma. I’d love him to come to Canada and try and pull that here. He wouldn’t leave without a criminal record. I’d make sure of it!!!

This trooper is dangerous. Get him some help. Driving around at those speeds = dangerous and wreckless. What if he struck a pedestrian? I’m sure he would blame the pedestrian. Roid rage doesn’t even COMPARE to this type of behavior. Power trip is an under statement here!!! He’s obviously very full of himself and needs a serious lesson in appropriate police conduct.
