Personally I LOVE my Nikon Coolpix. Get a good tripod, too, because night pictures can be fantastic! I disagree about buying a good printer. I disagree about buying a good printer. I think you could arrange, at least at first, for a professional printer to make your cards more cheaply than you can buy a printer and supplies.
