One of the absolute easiest ways to do this is to have a rubber stamp made with the words " do not copy without permission". It is not unprofessional to do this as many fine art photographers that I know of use this method, in fact I know Jock Sturges does this. Of course just to let you know the copywrite act of 1978 ensures that any photo you take is automatically granted copywrite status, although in spite of this law it is good to have your unique or most valued doubly ensured by individually registering them at the photo counter of the US copywrite office.
References :
http://www.simonstamp.com/

Most professional labs and the labs at Costco and Sam's Club print on brand name paper (Kodak and Fuji usually). "Do not copy without permission" is something you will have to stamp on the photo. You can have a rubber stamp made and use special ink that will adhere to the back of photo paper.

Printing on your own printer will not be the same and will cost you a lot more per photo ($.17 per 4x6 at a lab vs. about $.50 for paper and ink on your own printer).
References :
Editorial, sports and glamour photographer

No affiliation, but I do like their quality work.
