This great video and song, sung by Grover, first aired in 1989. Two years later, in 1991, this celebrity version was made. Most scenes with Grover were the same as the original but all the celebrity scenes, which were created with special effects, were edited in between the Grover scenes. The Simpsons appearing at the end was a funny and surprising move. I got to really like this song around 1993 or ‘94 and recorded this sometime in the mid-90’s.
